Specialized Psychiatric Care for Complex ADHD, Treatment-Resistant Depression, and Women's Mental Health

Finding the right psychiatric provider should not mean a four-month waitlist, a rushed fifteen-minute appointment, or starting over every time your provider leaves. At Ample Grace Psychiatry, you see the same board-certified provider at every visit — someone who takes the time to understand your full picture and builds a treatment plan around your actual life.

If any of this sounds familiar — you are in the right place.

Most patients who reach out to us describe one of these situations:

Specialized care, not general practice.

Ample Grace Psychiatry focuses on the cases that need a specialist — complex ADHD, treatment-resistant depression, and women’s mental health across every life stage — via secure telehealth throughout Minnesota

Complex ADHD & Women's ADHD

For patients with a prior diagnosis, comorbid conditions, or previous treatment that didn’t work — including ADHD that shows up differently with age or hormonal shifts. Ages 18+.

Treatment-Resistant Depression

For depression that hasn’t responded to two or more antidepressants. A different approach than trying medication number four the same way you tried number one.

Spravato® Therapy

FDA-approved esketamine nasal spray for treatment-resistant depression, administered in-office under required medical supervision.

Women's Mental Health

Depression, anxiety, perimenopause, postpartum, pregnancy medication consultation, and PMDD — care built around your whole life stage.

Dr. Uhunoma Osadolor

Dr. Osadolor is a psychiatric nurse practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree and board certification in psychiatric mental health nursing. She has full practice authority in Minnesota and is licensed to evaluate, diagnose, and prescribe psychiatric medications for patients across her licensed states.

She founded Ample Grace Psychiatry on one conviction: that patients deserve a provider who stays. Someone who builds a genuine clinical relationship over time, who knows what your baseline looks like, and who adjusts your care based on real knowledge of you — not a chart review.
