Adult ADHD Evaluation — Comprehensive, Telehealth, Minnesota
Does any of this sound familiar?
- You start projects easily but finishing them feels impossible — the last 10 percent never gets done.
- Your mind never actually stops. Even when you are exhausted, it keeps running.
- You have missed things that mattered — not because you did not care, but because you genuinely could not hold onto it.
- You work twice as hard as the people around you for the same result, and nobody understands why.
- You have been told it is anxiety, stress, or just you. But something still does not fit.
- You have thought about getting evaluated before but the waitlists were months long and you gave up.
What your ADHD evaluation includes.
Clinical Interview
A 45–60 minute psychiatric interview exploring your attention, focus, executive functioning, emotional regulation, sleep, and how your symptoms have affected your work, relationships, and daily life.
ADHD Rating Scales
Validated adult ADHD rating scales reviewed collaboratively — not handed to you to fill out alone. Reviewed together, with your input on how each item shows up in your actual life.
IVA-2 Objective Testing
The IVA-2 continuous performance test objectively measures attention and impulse control in real time. This goes beyond self-reported symptoms and provides measurable data to support clinical decision-making.
Medical History Review
A thorough review of your medical history, previous evaluations, family history, and any current or past psychiatric treatment — including what worked, what did not, and why.
Co-Occurring Conditions Screening
ADHD rarely travels alone. We screen for anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, and PTSD because treating the full picture produces better outcomes than treating ADHD in isolation.
Clear Findings and Next Steps
Every evaluation ends with a direct conversation about what was found, what it means, and exactly what happens next — including medication options when appropriate.
ADHD in women is missed for decades. Here is why.
For most of the history of ADHD research, studies were conducted almost exclusively on young boys. The diagnostic criteria were written around young boys. So when girls had ADHD — it looked completely different. It looked like daydreaming. Emotional sensitivity. Trying really hard and still falling short. It was diagnosed as anxiety, depression, or nothing at all.
Those girls grew into women who spent their entire lives working twice as hard as everyone else just to appear normal. Women in their 30s, 40s, and 50s are being diagnosed with ADHD now — not because it is a trend, but because it was missed for decades. Dr. Osadolor specializes in this population. If you have always suspected something was different about how your brain works, you may finally be right.
