We believe cost and coverage should never be a barrier to psychiatric care. We are in-network with most major insurance plans in Minnesota and offer self-pay rates for patients without insurance or whose plan is not listed.

Insurance plans and networks change. We recommend verifying your specific plan and benefit levels directly with your insurance carrier before your appointment by calling the member services number on the back of your card.

If your insurance plan is not listed, if you have a high deductible, or if you prefer to pay out of pocket, self-pay rates are available. Please contact our office before booking to discuss current self-pay rates. Payment is due at the time of service.

What to Expect With Billing
- You are responsible for all copays, deductibles, and coinsurance amounts determined by your insurance plan.
- We will verify your benefits before your appointment as a courtesy but verification is not a guarantee of coverage.
- If your insurance requires a prior authorization for psychiatric services, please confirm this before booking.
- Returned payments are subject to a $35 processing fee.
- Outstanding balances not resolved within 90 days may be referred to collections.
