About Dr Osadolor

Dr. Uhunoma Osadolor, DNP, PMHNP-BC

Dr. Uhunoma Osadolor is a psychiatric nurse practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree and board certification in psychiatric mental health nursing from the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She holds an active Minnesota PMHNP license with full practice authority — meaning she evaluates, diagnoses, and manages psychiatric conditions entirely independently.
She founded Ample Grace Psychiatry on a conviction that psychiatric patients deserve more than a rotation of providers and rushed appointments. Every patient she sees has the same provider at every visit — someone who builds a genuine clinical relationship over time and adjusts care based on real knowledge of that person.

Clinical Focus

Dr. Osadolor's Approach

Dr. Osadolor practices psychiatry the way she believes it should be practiced — unhurried, thorough, and built around the patient’s actual life. A medication decision is not made in isolation. It is made in the context of who you are, what your history looks like, what has worked and what has not, and what your life requires of you right now. She is particularly committed to serving patients who have been told for years that their symptoms are just anxiety, just stress, or just part of their personality — when in fact something was missed.

About the Practice

Ample Grace Psychiatry is a solo telehealth psychiatric practice founded by Dr. Osadolor and operated from Golden Valley, Minnesota. Dr. Osadolor is the only provider. Every patient she accepts is a patient she sees personally, at every visit, for as long as they are in her care. The name Ample Grace reflects the clinical philosophy: that patients deserve generous, unhurried, careful attention —
and a provider who extends grace to the years they spent managing without answers.
