Does any of this sound familiar?

  • You start projects easily, but finishing them feels impossible.

  • Your mind keeps running even when you’re exhausted.

  • You miss important things despite genuinely caring about them.

  • You work twice as hard as others for the same result.

  • You’ve been told it’s anxiety, stress, or “just you,” but something still doesn’t fit.

  • You’ve considered an ADHD evaluation but gave up because of long waitlists.

If you recognize yourself in several of these, an evaluation may help you understand what’s really going on.
